  • Profile & assessment data: your role, goals, life-audit answers, habits, journal entries, reviews, and related content you create in the Service.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Service (pages, actions, device/browser), used to improve the product.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider ([Razorpay/Stripe]). We do not store your full card details.

2. How we use it

  • To provide, personalize, and improve the Service (including AI-generated guidance based on your inputs).
  • To process subscriptions and send transactional emails (sign-in, password reset, receipts).

3. AI processing

To generate coaching, diagnoses, and plans, relevant parts of your inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq) solely to produce your results. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is needed to return your response.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, payments, analytics, AI), under appropriate confidentiality terms — or when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Vercel) using row-level security and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is perfectly secure.

7. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. On deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
